Spring Valley Charter is committed to the health of our customers, passengers, and employees. Their safety is our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the local, state and national situations regarding COVID-19 and following the CDC best practices.
Our buses are going through an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures prior to each trip, no exceptions. This includes seats, arm rests, all handrails, driver areas, restrooms and any areas of the bus the passengers would come in contact. Our offices and drivers’ lockers have been sanitized for pre-cautionary measures.
Since sporting events, schools and most traveled to events are either canceled or closed, many of our customers made the difficult decision to cancel or reschedule their travel. We ask for your patience as we work with our customers on their plans regarding rescheduled dates, cancellations or refunds. Our Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable, for any reason, and cannot be applied to a different trip.
If you reschedule the same trip within 60 days, your deposit will be applied.
Before 48 hours of scheduled departure time, a full refund will be issued, minus the deposit.
Within 48 hours, a refund will be issued, minus 25% and the deposit.
Refunds checks will be issued within 30 days from the scheduled date of departure.
We realize this situation is bigger than the bus industry and we will continue to do our part to support public officials to manage and contain this unprecedented public health challenge.
